Price

Prices include VAT. A booking fee is added to each ticket; it is shown before payment and is the same for every payment method. The total is shown before you pay.

Payment

Payment is made on Stripe's secure page (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Ritmo y Fusión never sees your card details. Your places are held during payment and released if it is not completed.

Your tickets

After payment you receive your tickets by email, with a QR code for each one (or a single one for the group, if you choose). You can show them on your phone or printed. Each code is valid for one entry only.

Changes and refunds

Tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled: in that case we refund the full amount to the same payment method. As a leisure service on a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 103 l of the Spanish consumer protection law). For any special case, write to us.

Entry

If an event has a minimum age, it is stated on its page and photo ID may be requested at the door. Ritmo y Fusión reserves the right of admission. If you lose your ticket, we can resend it to the email used for the purchase.

Your data

We use your name, email and phone only to manage your purchase and your entry to the event. More information in our privacy policy.
